They couldn't have done more to help us with our cert. We had lots of problems with domain name registrar data, and they help sort and also left us alone to sort when needed. Don't go anywhere else - go to digicert. The best price, support and everything.

We found DigiCert real good for our business. I must say that chating with one of your representative in particularly was a true professional encounter. i am talking about Mr. Sam Oldham. for our business environment and our 24/7 prduction Sam supplied excellent support and outstanding customer service. I am sure we will keep business with DigiCert also in the future.

I advised my company to make the switch from Verisign/Thawte to Verisign and have not looked back. So why? Well they all provide SSL certificates but DigiCert by far top the charts for: 1. Buy / Renew Certificates Easy to understand and approve process with quick turn around. 2. Cost Undercut the legacy big boys. 3. Support Immediate support via Live Chat. I've used it at least 3 times now - once during a P1 investigation - and the feedback is both prompt, professional and knowledgable. Keep up the good work!

Exceptional and Remarkable Customer Service! I recently switched to DigiCert from Entrust. I had a horrible support experience with Entrust which lead me to switch. From the first time I visited the DigiCert website earlier today till installation of the cert on my servers, the DigiCert experience was amazing. Hats off to the folks who designed your website as they have done an outstanding job. All information is easy to find and there are tools such as the CSR generation tool for UC, installation instructions for various os and webservers, etc that I found extremely useful. The easy to understand and manage account management section of the website with tools for requesting and managing duplicates free of charge is also worth appreciation. I was a bit worried as my Entrust Cert was due to expire 5 hours from the time I placed the order with DigiCert. Just to expedite things I called and spoke to Todd. I explained the situation I was in and requested Todd to speed up the verification / validation process. Todd was extremely courteous, understanding and devoted. Within a few minutes he completed the verification process and issued me the certificate. Todd was also technical competent and answered all my technical queries to my satisfaction. I had placed the order for a wildcard cert for my Exchange 2007 / 2010 servers. After installing the cert i discovered that OWA worked however Outlook Anywhere kept asking outside users for credentials. Todd had suggested the Live Chat option for support earlier, so I decided to give it a try. On chat I got Larry who was also extremely helpful and issued me a promo code to obtain a free UC cert to resolve the situation I was in. The chat support experience was also great. Now all my issues are resolved and the servers are working perfectly. The exceptional service and outclass support has made DigiCert the only company that I will purchase certificates from in the future. Not only this but I will recommend DigiCert to all. Please keep it up! You are all doing an amazing job!

Over the years I have used multiple CA's (Verisign, Thawte, GoDaddy, etc...) and one thing has always been constant: They all suck. For my most recent round of renewals I went looking for a better way and I found DigiCert. DigiCert runs their Certificate Authority the way you would want it to be run. They are a small company with a laser focus on issuing certificates. This is a huge advantage over the big megalith that is Verisign/Thawte (now Symmantec) that just cares about the cash they pull in. DigiCert has several tools that are incredibly helpful. From the www.digicert.com/help page that can troubleshoot your cert (even if it is not one of theirs), to the Windows Tool to test and install the proper certificate chain, to the tool on their web page for generating openssl commands that you can execute to generate certs, they really truly get it! I am flat out impressed by the fact that as you go through their enrollment process they have AJAX enabled web pages that parse your CSR as soon as you paste it into the web page as a sanity check. When I have submitted a request to them and then not clicked on the verification link within 10 minutes or so, they have called me on the phone to make sure everything was going smoothly. When you call them on the phone, they answer immediately, and the folks you talk to are combination sales and support folks. They totally understand the product they are selling. So in conclusion, these guys are my new favorite CA. The only one down side about them is that their root cert might not be a 100% widely accepted as others, however, you do have the option to chain it back to an Entrust root cert which has pretty much universal coverage. This does require yet another chained cert though which might slow down browser key exchange I suppose... -Eric
