Nicest staff I've ever met.

We first went for a Thawte certificate, which after 14 days still was not issued. Thawte took no initiative to contact us. After many calls, they told us that they encountered some difficulty in verifying us (due to our location - Dubai), but nobody would tell us how we could resolve it. Eventually, we just got a refund. Later on, we found DigiCert. What an amazing group of people. They're "real" people, very straightforward and VERY helpful. They encountered the same verification roadblock that Thawte did, but DigiCert was actually communicating with us on a daily basis. They told us exactly how to resolve the problem, and we did. Beyond that, I've spoken to 5 different people at DigiCert, and they are seriously some of the nicest people I've ever met on the Internet. This company is 5/5 for me, and I'm the kind of guy who could rate something as 4.97/5 out of sheer pickiness.
