Words cannot explain how easy it was and how helpful their staff was to work with. With all the other SSL companies out there, they are by far the best ive worked with. Miles above the other well known names. Thanks a million to digicert and their team.

Fast SSL creation, Fast support response when you need it. Today I worked with Jerrod. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Was familiar with the non-standard server that we were using. Found the configuration problem with the server so the SSL cert work properly. This is the only company that I would use for SSL certificates

If you look up 'Customer Service' on Wikipedia, there should be an image of DigiCert's logo. Ridiculously easy to do business with them and the live chat support OUTSTANDING. (Ken M!) I've used it several times, never waiting more than 30 seconds or so to get patient, knowledgeable and articulate help. I'll never use anyone else for SSL and neither should you.

After dealing with COMODO for a few years, I got fed up with there lousy website, poor instructions, and the difficulty I had getting a UCC from them. Since I had to go to Digicert to find support, I decided to switch. Digicert is easy and fast. They also have a great tool to run on your server to fix cert problems and generate CSR's. I now have a UCC and two SSL certs with Digicert and am very pleased.

I am working with a web guy and he recommended VeriSign but I saw their prices and decided to see what else was available. Through this site (sslshopper.com)I found enough information to do a comparison of providers and products, deciding that DigiCert would be the best option. This has all been a learning experience for me and when I first tried to order I called their customer services to find out about CSRs. Chris was incredibly helpful and went much further than your typical time constrained agent normally does. When I ordered my SSLPlus today it was easy and I received the certificate after half an hour. I was forced to choose an answer to Q3 but I don't know anything about the installation part, as I said, I am working with a techhy for that.

I needed to have an SSL certificate for the University Exchange 2010 server. The guidelines and instructions provided in Digicert website regarding issuing and installing the certificate were excellent and detailed!

Digicert is the best site for purchasing SSL-certificates that I used so far. If we look at the prizes of the other companies than Digicert is the cheapest.
