I recently purchased a SSL package from DigiCert and I am first timer, not really knowing what the process was going to be or what needed to be done. The staff were SO helpful and quick to respond to my requests and/or questions. I was happily surprised but the amazing customer support and service. They fixed the issues we had with my domain registration easily and QUICKLY so that we could get the certificate asap. And WE DID thanks to them!
