The cert is relatively affordable but the validation process is rather cumbersome. However the support agents are superb in handling my requests for callback etc. Great support agents to reduce customer frustrations!

We worked with sectigo store after making zero sense out of your consultants. The major hiccup we had was with the http file verification method - it was a learning curve but we have got all the notes related to well-known funny stuff and hidden folders on servers. So well and good - we can now order any number of SSL certificates for public facing IPs with little or no fuss.

Our company name contains and ampersand, which caused a slight issue with the "issued to" field. Sectigo tech support (shoutout to Phillip) made the reissue process dead simple via group chat with Sen from the validation department . 5mins and done!

We had a problem with the email validation and contacted Sectigo through the chat. In a few minutes, with the help of PHILIP From Technical support the certificate was validated using the DNS method. Great service!
