purchase: Sectigo SSL DV Certificate I found the customer dashboard not user friendly. I pose some questions to the Validation Department. They either mechanically repeated what is on the knowledge base or directed me to it. In order for me to complete my HTTP/HTTPS Domain Ownership validation I was transferred to Philip at Technical Support. Philip is knowledgeable and understood my case immediately and also, spotted right away what was delaying my validation. I changed to a CNAME validation route following his suggestions and the validation came through right away. Philip was interested and patient during the process.
