I had some issues during the phone callback verification, as our main number does not support automated callbacks. But thanks to Jennifer from validation department, it was possible find a work around, and hopefully the validation will be done very soon.

Logan was very helpful today in regards to my digital ID. I am in a new class and on a new computer. I was trying to get a digital ID for my Outlook, but apparently I have one on my old computer that is still good until March 2020. Logan was able to show me how to export the certificates and import them onto this new computer.

purchase: Sectigo SSL DV Certificate I found the customer dashboard not user friendly. I pose some questions to the Validation Department. They either mechanically repeated what is on the knowledge base or directed me to it. In order for me to complete my HTTP/HTTPS Domain Ownership validation I was transferred to Philip at Technical Support. Philip is knowledgeable and understood my case immediately and also, spotted right away what was delaying my validation. I changed to a CNAME validation route following his suggestions and the validation came through right away. Philip was interested and patient during the process.
