Logan was very helpful today in regards to my digital ID. I am in a new class and on a new computer. I was trying to get a digital ID for my Outlook, but apparently I have one on my old computer that is still good until March 2020. Logan was able to show me how to export the certificates and import them onto this new computer.

purchase: Sectigo SSL DV Certificate I found the customer dashboard not user friendly. I pose some questions to the Validation Department. They either mechanically repeated what is on the knowledge base or directed me to it. In order for me to complete my HTTP/HTTPS Domain Ownership validation I was transferred to Philip at Technical Support. Philip is knowledgeable and understood my case immediately and also, spotted right away what was delaying my validation. I changed to a CNAME validation route following his suggestions and the validation came through right away. Philip was interested and patient during the process.

The cert is relatively affordable but the validation process is rather cumbersome. However the support agents are superb in handling my requests for callback etc. Great support agents to reduce customer frustrations!

We worked with sectigo store after making zero sense out of your consultants. The major hiccup we had was with the http file verification method - it was a learning curve but we have got all the notes related to well-known funny stuff and hidden folders on servers. So well and good - we can now order any number of SSL certificates for public facing IPs with little or no fuss.
