I received my email with the information needed; however, each web based platform is a little different from Cpanel to Direct Admin, etc.. In my web platform I didn't have the option to upload a certificate; my only choice was TXT format. I had one aspect of my certificate in TXT the other I didn't. I simply joined the Sectigo.com chat for assistance. Marc immediately answered and asked what was going on? He requested a screenshot to better understand what I was looking at. He said no problem at all here is what you need and sent me the file. I uploaded the file and it was fixed. Marc even sent me the link to the online checker which proved it was working. This is exactly what I expect from chatting with a company. Prompt, sympathetic, efficient customer service. Sectigo nailed it. Thank you Marc!
