I sent the required documents but did not get the response. I decided to call and I got agent Erline. When she knew that my order is EV Code Signing, she mentioned that she does different thing and about to transfer to a different department but without hesitation she decided to process my order. She told me that she'll call me for a callback verification, to my surprise it was so quick when I got a call from her and callback was done. I got the email response regarding the statis of the order. Thank you Erline for giving all out best to get the cert issued and expediting the shipment. Hope all agents are like you.

Had to aske for help from Sylvia to validate my domain. She was able to resolve the issue I was having in no time. Great support thank you.

Had some great support from Logan from the Technical Support team. Helped me out quickly with my issue.

Not at all what I expected. 1. They issued certificates with an expiry date that was beyond the expiry of the root that they signed it with - WITHOUT NOTIFYING THEIR CUSTOMERS. This lead to an outage and a scramble to replace the root chain. 2. When you buy for 4 years, they issue a certificate with a validity of 1 year only! Customers are expected to log in, renew, download a new certificate, and replace EVERY YEAR! The admin involved in this makes it way to expensive to choose. Sure the certificates are cheap, but not as cheap as half an hour of an engineer's time multiplies by 3 for the additional installs each year. Stay well clear of these cowboys.

I placed a renewal for my DV Wildcart cert. There were no glitches with the order process for the renewal except that the cert was issued with a 12-month expiration from today's current date instead of a 12-month expiration from the expiration of the certificate i was renewing. I don't know why you order process works this way. I can't think of any reason why a certificate renewal wouldn't extend the current certificates expiration. I contacted technical support and was connected with Logan. Logan was able to walk me through the process of re-issuing the certificate and then before the certificate was validated Logan was able to extend the expiration to the correct date. Logan was able to save the day for us. -Mark

There is no clarity about from there the certificates needs to be installed and how. This should be made very clear in the panel itself so we do not have to contact your team. The team is really helpful though but users may find a tough time connecting with them. User panel needs to be worked on.
