the Support of Darren was excelent! very fast, competent and friendly. what we wisch, ist to make it possible, changing the call back phone number. Because we have customer with call centers and calling a call center will end there. A forwarding of the call to the administrator is not possible!

I (again) purchased a new S/MIME email cert from Sectigo, because this is easy to get and manage. And of course there is an excellent service. To prove that: today I was not able to request my certificate right away. Hm, what was the problem? I have been using Firefox, did the right procedure. Then I had a chat with LOGAN from the service team. He solved my problem within seconds! Thank you very much, LOGAN! That was great!
