Initially, I was so frustrated with Sectigo's validation team, who kept me on hold for more than an hour and I haven't been updated that I even think of just refunding the payment. Fortunately, Yohan from validation took on my request and was very professional! He was so amazing that all my doubts and frustration turned into hope and excitement again. We are using Sectigo for 5 years and and just renewed our services for 5 years again because of the excellent service. Yohan didn't let go of our chat/conversation. Yohan made sure that at the end of the day, I am a satisfied customer. And sure he did! Again, Thanks Yohan, appreciate the assistance!
