It took us a long time to diagnose the problem with EV Code signing procedure. First, it was GlobalSign - we switched from them to Sectigo on June 15, 2020 - because of that problem, but the issue turned out to be the same. Sectigo - also could not understand the problem for 2 days. Today is my lucky day, I've got help from SYLVIA. Within a few minutes she diagnosed the problem and offered the solution.
