Our account manager Fausta Diaz and her team makes getting a SSL certificate painless and very easy. She takes care of us with all of our requests ... even the "oops I forgot that I needed this yesterday" and she and her team accommodates me and the situation with ease. They might not be the cheapest but we're extremely satisfied Comodo's service and professionalism.

Fausta and her team have provided excellent and timely support for our SSL needs. Even in cases were we needed certificates immediately she was able to step up and deliver. In times were there were issues, she would immediately jump on a call to ensure we minimize the back and forth and do what is needed for us.

These guys are absolutely the worst I have ever dealt with. First, they insist that your phone line is registered with Dun and Bradstreet. What? A direct line registered to D&B in a 10,000+ employee company? I then provided the main line and instructions for validating my employment and direct line. They write back that it has to be a single phone call and transfer to an extension. In a global company? What kind of non-sense is that? They have no ability to validate anything outside of a phone call which is ludicrous. It takes several days just to get a message that more-or-less rewords the first idiotic request. What should have taken 1-2 days (at most), has now drug on for a week with no-end in sight, but they have your money! Avoid these guys like the plague if you are part of a large org.

Purchased "Positive SSL" package for less than 4.00 USD/year for my non profit foundation. Used NodeJs server. Everything was smoother than I thought before, one little exception, not working for a few versions of Firefox. Then I contracted with the support team using live chat, and they solved my problem quickly. I'm extremely happy at the end with the quality of service they have provided for the product with such a small amount of money.

It was my first experience with Comodo and must say ... it was quiet unexpected as I was pretty sure that it will take ages until I get new certificate (previous one wasn't working - my fault). Guys from Comodo SSL Support just did it in a matter of minutes and re-issued new certificates, then immediately they sent me a confirmation so I could continue my work. We decided to upgrade to EV SSL with Comodo this year after using Instant SSL with them since 2008 (10 years). Obviously the process required us to submit more information for validation purposes. The team at Comodo was very helpful and addressed any concerns I had with the validation process. Technical support was great and I was able to install the new certificates/SSL myself! Very fast response time and helpful tech support from Aaron at Comodo.
