Sectigo SSL Certificate Reviews

These guys are absolutely the worst I have ever dealt with. First, they insist that your phone line is registered with Dun and Bradstreet. What? A direct line registered to D&B in a 10,000+ employee company? I then provided the main line and instructions for validating my employment and direct line. They write back that it has to be a single phone call and transfer to an extension. In a global company? What kind of non-sense is that? They have no ability to validate anything outside of a phone call which is ludicrous. It takes several days just to get a message that more-or-less rewords the first idiotic request. What should have taken 1-2 days (at most), has now drug on for a week with no-end in sight, but they have your money! Avoid these guys like the plague if you are part of a large org.

Have used SSL certificates from different service providers, Comodo by far has good customer support. Never had any issues with Comodo and i would recommend Comodo over other service providers.

It was my first experience with Comodo and must say ... it was quiet unexpected as I was pretty sure that it will take ages until I get new certificate (previous one wasn't working - my fault). Guys from Comodo SSL Support just did it in a matter of minutes and re-issued new certificates, then immediately they sent me a confirmation so I could continue my work. Great thanx Comodo (Jeremy & Marc). Awesome work!
