These guys are absolutely the worst I have ever dealt with. First, they insist that your phone line is registered with Dun and Bradstreet. What? A direct line registered to D&B in a 10,000+ employee company? I then provided the main line and instructions for validating my employment and direct line. They write back that it has to be a single phone call and transfer to an extension. In a global company? What kind of non-sense is that? They have no ability to validate anything outside of a phone call which is ludicrous. It takes several days just to get a message that more-or-less rewords the first idiotic request. What should have taken 1-2 days (at most), has now drug on for a week with no-end in sight, but they have your money! Avoid these guys like the plague if you are part of a large org.
