We experienced a common name/OU ordering problem in the purchased COMODO EV Multi-Domain SSL Certificate for the SSL Certificate that was first issued. Our support Agent Moe Ghamlouch approached the problem with very a intuitive sense of knowing exactly what needed to be done. He was communicative, stayed with the problem through validation processes and reissued the EV Cert. In the final analysis importing the reissued certificate solved our web server import and functional problem. Moe did an excellent job and hit the ball out of the park. My team is very pleased. I've come to dread calling support numbers - only dialling the number as a last resort - as so often the support agents just haltingly take you through a script they barely understand themselves. I was extremely happy with Moe who not only answered my immediate question but patiently and professionally walked me through all the additional steps I needed to do to get the certificate installed. It would have taken a lot longer if it wasn't for Moe - 5 stars, excellent.

Less of a hassle to get a code signing cert

I looked at Microsoft's web page about code signing and immediately chose the topmost one (Symantec) thinking that they wouldn't advertise it unless it was an easy and sure fire way to get the necessary certificate... Well, the first road block was already on Symantec's web page since there's only a web form along the lines "you don't contact us, we will contact you". Soooo, I dropped the gloves and randomly chose Comodo. There I was greeted by Kurt F. in a chat box and I felt immediately welcomed. I was helped to choose the correct certificate type and he helped me to search for the necessary validation documents and make sure the process was as smooth as possible. Excellent service! Not sure what the certificates cost at other places, but they don't have Kurt as a helping hand. This was totally worth the money!
