I've come to dread calling support numbers - only dialling the number as a last resort - as so often the support agents just haltingly take you through a script they barely understand themselves. I was extremely happy with Moe who not only answered my immediate question but patiently and professionally walked me through all the additional steps I needed to do to get the certificate installed. It would have taken a lot longer if it wasn't for Moe - 5 stars, excellent.
