Sectigo did request this review and I was more than willing to provide it. My limited knowledge did present some problems in initializing the SSL, however once I figured it out Sectigo issued the confirmation email promptly. Unfortunately the attachment with the CRT files kept getting deleted by a firewall. When I contacted support, the agent Moe Ghamlouch, was more than responsive and willingly worked with me as we attempted various emails until the attachments were successfully delivered. I appreciated the agents persistence to get me the documents.

I encountered the best service today because the technician was patient, knowledgeable and able to speak good English. HIs name was Ash and he was able to assist me with a problem that I was having for over 2weeks. My experience with Sectigo has been a challenge and can be a nightmare for those that are not tech savvy. A personalized technician should be assigned to every client until the order is complete and/or installed. Thank you Ash. You did an outstanding job. I have problem from receiving the email I need form the cheaperssl, with the comodo ssl. but entering in Sectigo and have a person to help, and submit a ticket, they are fast to solve the problem.I was afraid for not bought directly from then they do not help, but I was wrong. After submitting for email validation, we received no information in regards to an attestation letter. I submitted 2 tickets to comodo and received no response, so chat was my only option. They finally advised what we needed to do and then once we sent the letter, again, no response except through chat. It took almost 20 days. Then it took 5 chat sessions because the chat room kept "closing". There has to be an easier way.
