We experienced a common name/OU ordering problem in the purchased COMODO EV Multi-Domain SSL Certificate for the SSL Certificate that was first issued. Our support Agent Moe Ghamlouch approached the problem with very a intuitive sense of knowing exactly what needed to be done. He was communicative, stayed with the problem through validation processes and reissued the EV Cert. In the final analysis importing the reissued certificate solved our web server import and functional problem. Moe did an excellent job and hit the ball out of the park. My team is very pleased.
