As a first time customer, it has been very challenging to order certificates. One main challenge is how your customer service communicate poorly, they are not concise and clear. Even the grammar is confusing. Then the commitments, I was told to wait in a few hours which turned out to be a fee days! Your customer service should be able to help and understand the customer needs. But, I would like to mention Martin from Validation who did an excellent job handling my concern. Clear and concise. The support representative was very helpful, knowledgeable and walked me through the whole process patiently and direct to the point which completed the ssl certificate request generation, made the purchase, received the ssl certificate, imported/ installed the certificate, exported for backup then tested and verified the site to work perfectly, all in a short span of time. I was looking for a great SSL certificate provider and I did my search on Google. I came across with a post where it said that Comodo is the best provider out there with great prices and excellent customer service. I could confirm both, specially the last one . Felicity Hernandez gave me an excellent and first-class assistance with the information I was looking for. She was always very precise with the responses for the questions I asked. All I can tell is that in a couple of weeks I'll be back to buy my certificate!

Working with Sectigo was not the best experience I had as the process is somehow confusing and there is an issue with DBA naming if your company name is different from the website's name - this is not clear on their signup. However, I would like to acknowledge Sandra from Validation was very helpful during the process and make it less painful for us, compare to the other service people we had in the last few days. Thanks Sandra for all the help!
