The support representative was very helpful, knowledgeable and walked me through the whole process patiently and direct to the point which completed the ssl certificate request generation, made the purchase, received the ssl certificate, imported/ installed the certificate, exported for backup then tested and verified the site to work perfectly, all in a short span of time.
