Aaron was quick and responsive. The access to Chats need to be made more easily accessible in the Support. Email instructions contain links to general support area rather than specific instructions.

The expiration date for my site's current certificate was coming up in a few weeks and I got a call and an email offering me a nice deal to re-up. It was helpful to get this knocked out instead of scrambling at the last minute! The interface remains a little clunky with funky things of pop ups and ungraceful errors when your session times out, but overall not too hard to get through and get the job nicely done.
