As a first time customer, it has been very challenging to order certificates. One main challenge is how your customer service communicate poorly, they are not concise and clear. Even the grammar is confusing. Then the commitments, I was told to wait in a few hours which turned out to be a fee days! Your customer service should be able to help and understand the customer needs. But, I would like to mention Martin from Validation who did an excellent job handling my concern. Clear and concise. Thank you
