These certificates are never easy to install and working from a new Windows 10 laptop that did not have Explorer installed was a bit of a challenge. However, Scott was very kind and helpful and worked me through the process. Without him I'd be pulling my hair out. Thanks!

I've used the Comodo SSL certs for 5+ years. My biggest problem is the language barrier. The spoken English is heavily accented and makes it difficult to communicate verbally. Chat is much better but can be too slow. The product is good - if a little pricey - but communication can be an issue. Lower price + better English makes a perfect product. I want to point out that Karter from validation was exceedingly helpful. We used chat and that worked well enough for me.

Marc in Support did a great job. Yet would be easier to have some THICK remarks in the purchase process that you need the same computer and browser, and that Apple Safari is not really supported etc. All-in-all, thanks!
