I've used the Comodo SSL certs for 5+ years. My biggest problem is the language barrier. The spoken English is heavily accented and makes it difficult to communicate verbally. Chat is much better but can be too slow. The product is good - if a little pricey - but communication can be an issue. Lower price + better English makes a perfect product. I want to point out that Karter from validation was exceedingly helpful. We used chat and that worked well enough for me.
