SSL needs to be Verified with Dun & Bradstreet. Which can be an issue and hassel when the contact details does not match from the actual company details of the domain. Needs time to re-register with D&B and update again for verification.

There were a few hiccups at first, ranging from not getting the instructions regarding the submission of agreement, to the callback validation process itself. Things were finally moving when we got hold of Susan through the live chat and managed to monitor the progress of the callback validation in real time. Our contract signer and certificate requester are different people, so there were confusion with the validation team and our phone operator. Thank you Susan! Keep up the good work!

Response fast, but sometime answer will be different.. exp: one agent ask me resubmit the EV validate form(he said company name no complete), other one said CNAME issue, I take double time to communicate for this. Hope can get confirm answer in one time, since every time come back I talk with different agent.

They send you a confirmation email with a Getting Started video, and I thought that was great, except the video steps did not match what I was seeing. I logged into Chat to ask, and the chat person says we'll send you an email what to do. So, don't follow the email instruction, but follow the next email instructions. Could have at least apologized for incorrect info. Plus, even this questionnaire is faulty, as it assumes you've done everything they are asking about. Some of these questions are not applicable, but you have to enter something to continue.

Martin from validation was extremely helpful. the process was complicated as I was working on behalf of a client. so the validation call back process was widely disjointed. I spoke to another representative and he was fairly rude abrupt and actually finished the chat before answering my question. Martin was the polar opposite, very helpful very kind and polite. I would not have my certificates right now if it was not for him to aid the process. Thanks Martin.

My experience was a mixed bag, the customer service rep Martin was good, he helped expedite the process and guided me well enough. The overall experience with Sectigo was probably 2/5. I have been in touch with customer service reps 4 times in the last week to solve my issue and finally did in the last chat. They keep using the phrase "your case has been escalated", but it seems it's just as a placebo to make it seem like they are expediting it. I had raised 2 separate support tickets excluding the 4 chats, but never received and feedback on them just an email acknowledging the case was created.
