I have purchased a lot of certificates from you but there is a time delay in validating a company. Trying to validate a company to issue the certificate some persons instead of help me to solve my issue ask me to send a support ticket. Most of the support persons they help me immediate and appreciate that like RUSSELL. When i found someone that is not willing to help me i close the chat and then re-open it again and someone else might help me. I use the chat if i need that certificate to be issue immediately cause it has been a long time since i purchased it and nobody send us any pending status.

I face a lot of clients who want your certificate but don't have a proper email (admin@ one), so it's quite sometimes difficult to explain to customers that they need to create email with Google or elsewhere just for 1 email. If this can be managed somehow, it would be nice (maybe some TXT as alternative?) And about your support, it's really very nice. I've contacted you only few times, but every time was a very pleasant experience. Don't remember who was the first agent I talked to, but today Russell helped me a lot with a strange case. Thank you for hiring him :)

1. I can recommend your service, fast and successful. 2. It would be easier and more clear if you split the server name and the domain name while I purchase a new SSL certificate. 3. I didn't find the product name on my invoice. Not sure if the answer 1 is correct. Please ass the product name on the invoice.
