The service provided by Sectigo was very prompt. Their online chat also connects you to a representative in a few seconds. Validation team member (Erline Planer) was assigned to my ticket and was one step ahead of my progress status of issuing me the EV-SSL Certificate and informing me via email what needs to be done next.
