Make validation process more easy

I have purchased a lot of certificates from you but there is a time delay in validating a company. Trying to validate a company to issue the certificate some persons instead of help me to solve my issue ask me to send a support ticket. Most of the support persons they help me immediate and appreciate that like RUSSELL. When i found someone that is not willing to help me i close the chat and then re-open it again and someone else might help me. I use the chat if i need that certificate to be issue immediately cause it has been a long time since i purchased it and nobody send us any pending status.
