It just says "awaiting request", links to the login page for customers are broken. I may as well have taken $90 out of my wallet and set it on fire. This is absolutely horrible. I just wanted an S/Mime cert for hosted S/MIME not this stupidity. I purchased an "S3 Personal Authentication Certificate"... Useless...

The first page we were referred to attempted to generate a public/private key pair for us, which is nice for web admins, but not Java developers, who generate their own CSRs. It would have been nice to be sent to the right place from the start. I noticed some issues with the web page we eventually used - repeated fields, fields that didn't belong. Theses were amateurish errors that didn't stop us, but didn't help one bit. Your staff made up for it by doing their level best, and we appreciated that. Yours truly, James Mathis

We had difficulties with our certificate not showing the full chain in one of our highly-visible servers. Ash Vaishnav helped us and explained the process all the way through. Very calm and very knowledgeable. It was not really the certificate causing the issue but with our server's certificate store and he figured that out. Kudos to Ash!
