We had difficulties with our certificate not showing the full chain in one of our highly-visible servers. Ash Vaishnav helped us and explained the process all the way through. Very calm and very knowledgeable. It was not really the certificate causing the issue but with our server's certificate store and he figured that out. Kudos to Ash!
