The first page we were referred to attempted to generate a public/private key pair for us, which is nice for web admins, but not Java developers, who generate their own CSRs. It would have been nice to be sent to the right place from the start. I noticed some issues with the web page we eventually used - repeated fields, fields that didn't belong. Theses were amateurish errors that didn't stop us, but didn't help one bit. Your staff made up for it by doing their level best, and we appreciated that. Yours truly, James Mathis
