There process documentation could use some help (although we were doing an EV Code signing cert, and their process seems more aligned to EV SSL). I ended up talking to several people on chat across a couple of days, but Martin from validation who finally did the validation call was very helpful. Waiting around while I ran around the office trying to find alternate contact info for certain people. Fantastic service on that side of things.

After 14hours, the new updated SSL certificate, was still waiting for Validation. I´ve been talking on chat tool with "Darren" and just on 3 minutes the certificate was validated and ready for the server binding. Great job, and quick response.

Renewing certificates: Sectigo needs to improve their websites as at the moment there are a few problems: they do not work well on all browsers, there are duplicate pages, it's not always clear which links to go to, some of the processes are confusing (e.g. when entering confirmation code it told me code OK, but there's a problem... turned out there was none). On the other hand, their sales and support is eager to help and quick to respond: in our case Felicity and Vince sorted out our issues quickly and effectively

I ordered this through ssls.com and that part went smoothly. The EV SSL certificate however took over two months to be authorised and and re-issued by Sectigo. Very unreliable.

After verifying with namecheap, i had to verify again with sectigo. no verification was being done until I opened a ticket with namecheap. Russell was very helpful and kind, he should get a raise in pay...
