Vince from technical support was very helpful, however the distinction between sectigo and products sold through your website (like InstantSSL ) is confusing. I ended up with multiple accounts in different places, when I thought I was purchasing everything from one company.

We had an issue, our SSL certificate was scheduled to run out within 24 hours. The customer support team at Sectigo went above and beyond to make sure we had a new certificate within 1 hour. I wouldn’t suggest people rely on that, but in this case their customer service and speed of response was excellent!

After 3 months of awaiting validation of your certificate (it appears the phone number in your system was not complete as the country code was missing !!!) due to the fact that we never received the call back, neither an e-mail from Sectigo (for that reason it would be helpful to see in your account the client data you have to alerte, if not correct) I could finally proceed after several tickets with the chat option. I was on chat with Martin, a very kind, thoughtful and customer-oriented person who is very efficient, very clear and an excellent problem solver. Not only the update of the account owner was handled immediately (which was also not managed from Sectigo side, although all validations given from our side), but also the validation process of our certificate itself. I could finally proceed to the call back, confirm and am waiting for the certificate now. Big thanks and 5 stars to Martin who absolutely helped to regain trust in your services (due to the complete absence of communications and follow-up from Sectigo since 3 months). It is people like Martin that guarantee not only customer satisfaction but loyalty and word of mouth marketing.

1st) To get our company verified took over 3 wks. I didn't supply a paid published company phone number. So I had to get our phone verified. We have a VoiP for our phone service. Their bill was not good enough. It took several days to get Sectigo on the phone to show we did have a verified number. This needs to be easier for internet businesses. 2)Our lawyer was not in our state. So they didn't recognize him. I had to go to the other state Lawyer registry to prove he was a lawyer. They didn't look at his address to see which state he has a license. It was on his address. 3) This is a compliment to Charly in Technical Support for answering my question quickly.
