Sectigo former Comodo SSLs are very manageable and you really do not need to have much of technical know how to o about it. Right from purchase point to installation.

For whatever reason, when I renewed my InstantSSL certificate from an email notification I received from Comodo/Sectigo, the new certificate was set to expire a year from the date of purchase rather than from the expiration date of the current certificate, which I purchased last year from Comodo. I have purchased InstantSSL certificates from Comodo for many years and this has never happened before. Vince, from InstantSSL's technical support, was very helpful in getting the expiration of my new certificate changed to a year from the current certificate's expiration date. It's all good now.

My initial replies to my renewal email went unanswered, so I had to raise a separate support ticket to get a renewal quote. The renewal wasn't a painless process due to some issues with creating an account in the wrong currency. Support helped me sort this out, though it took a little time to get the refund back. Overall I got what I needed, but it took a few days longer than I was hoping.

Purchased a Personal Authentication Certificate for the first time. Had some issues with resetting a password but I got on Chat with a CSR and he guided me right to where and what I needed. So really, there wasn’t any problems on their end. Just human error lol

Vince from technical support was very helpful, however the distinction between sectigo and products sold through your website (like InstantSSL ) is confusing. I ended up with multiple accounts in different places, when I thought I was purchasing everything from one company.
