Sectigo SSL Certificate Reviews

After 3 months of awaiting validation of your certificate (it appears the phone number in your system was not complete as the country code was missing !!!) due to the fact that we never received the call back, neither an e-mail from Sectigo (for that reason it would be helpful to see in your account the client data you have to alerte, if not correct) I could finally proceed after several tickets with the chat option. I was on chat with Martin, a very kind, thoughtful and customer-oriented person who is very efficient, very clear and an excellent problem solver. Not only the update of the account owner was handled immediately (which was also not managed from Sectigo side, although all validations given from our side), but also the validation process of our certificate itself. I could finally proceed to the call back, confirm and am waiting for the certificate now. Big thanks and 5 stars to Martin who absolutely helped to regain trust in your services (due to the complete absence of communications and follow-up from Sectigo since 3 months). It is people like Martin that guarantee not only customer satisfaction but loyalty and word of mouth marketing.
