1st) To get our company verified took over 3 wks. I didn't supply a paid published company phone number. So I had to get our phone verified. We have a VoiP for our phone service. Their bill was not good enough. It took several days to get Sectigo on the phone to show we did have a verified number. This needs to be easier for internet businesses. 2)Our lawyer was not in our state. So they didn't recognize him. I had to go to the other state Lawyer registry to prove he was a lawyer. They didn't look at his address to see which state he has a license. It was on his address. 3) This is a compliment to Charly in Technical Support for answering my question quickly.
