This is the 2nd occasion which I've needed Sectigo tech support in a near-emergency (it's always an "emergency" with SSL certs). The 2nd time was better than the first and the first occasion was nearest perfect! Ash was deftly able to resolve my issue. We established contact and decided upon webex session and sharing screen was simple and efficient. Amazingly, there were many complex steps, as SSL certs always have numerous steps, involved in my rather complex task. We resolved it within 15 minutes -- which would have taken about 5 times the amount of time without the expert and astute knowledge of Ash. We are up-and-running. Made it 100% easier. Thanks! again!

I bought a SSL EV but nobody help me to complete until I enter to your chat and DARREN from validation and request help me. Now waiting the call. If someone buy a EV from Peru, you should send that verification to someone that speak spanish and know what to do when a recorder ask to press extension number (called here "anexo").

Their product works great and it is easy enough to use once you get through the verification steps and get the certificate downloaded. Patience is a must because the process to verify takes time, but 100% worth it. Now I have a professional e-mail signature thanks to Sectigo!
