More than 4 months to validate a new domain added to my EV certificate ... If I as a client don't start a chat with Sectigo / COMODO they don't do anything, but the invoice is charged instantly ... very disappointed with Sectigo / COMODO. On the other hand, the online support staff is awesome.

Great support - great pricing. Instructions for most of the infrastructure and designs out on the web, and even supports older modeling as well for sites that can't migrate freely.

It took several days and I had to go to chat support to complete telephone verification....but then got done quickly... AS far as SSL options --- too many! too confusing!
