This is the 2nd occasion which I've needed Sectigo tech support in a near-emergency (it's always an "emergency" with SSL certs). The 2nd time was better than the first and the first occasion was nearest perfect! Ash was deftly able to resolve my issue. We established contact and decided upon webex session and sharing screen was simple and efficient. Amazingly, there were many complex steps, as SSL certs always have numerous steps, involved in my rather complex task. We resolved it within 15 minutes -- which would have taken about 5 times the amount of time without the expert and astute knowledge of Ash. We are up-and-running. Made it 100% easier. Thanks! again!
