Super slow validation process

More than 4 months to validate a new domain added to my EV certificate ... If I as a client don't start a chat with Sectigo / COMODO they don't do anything, but the invoice is charged instantly ... very disappointed with Sectigo / COMODO. On the other hand, the online support staff is awesome.
