My first time ever and I found it difficult. I purchased a DV SSL Certificate. I must have chatted with Comodo and Sectigo 5 times yesterday and still didn't finish the process. Between GoDaddy, Bluehost, Comodo and Sectigo I spent 5 hours. I worked with Vince today and he really helped me.

Took many days to get payment marked. Promised same day issue fixed several days , but never happened. Found out Sectigo lied and nobody was working in billing so I had been up all night for nothing...

Took to many days to get payment marked, so we could start validation period. I was promised same day fixed issue 2 days in a row but 3rd day I was told nobody in billing worked those days, so I had been awake all night for nothing. My ecommerce store went down because it is HSTS preloaded and old certificate expired. Vince frmo support was nice helping me when it finally worked, but other hten that Im really pissed off with Sectigo. Also most of your automatic emails go to wrong sites and does not manage to sign in, and your WHMCS is setup crap.

Sectigo invited me to provide a review, and this is my honest opinion. Purchase process is very easy and straight forward. Validation of company details took more than a week though, although we are a customer of sectigo (comodo) for several years now. Opened up a ticket per Email to speed up validation and hand over missing detail, but no response to that even until today. Last year I remember there also was no reaction until I contacted customer support directly in person. General customer support is inadequate! After contacting our account manager things went as they should've been in the first place from our point of view. Fast response to my mails and providing the help we needed in that particular situation. So I am happy in regard to that. Mixed Fazit: Support 0 Points in the fist place and 100 Points on personal contact.
