Had a couple of problems with the telephone validation, but the support team was there to guide and help validate the number. Took a couple of days to get the certificate, but that was more due to third party websites.

Once I got a hold of someone, they were very helpful. I've been working with Comodo for SSL for several years and was hoping I would still get the same support. So far, I am not disappointed. I originally did not enter a speed rating, as I am still waiting for validation, etc.
