The web page ticket support and some form (for example this review form) are really poor as user experience and look like old. The step by step guide and other feature are ok and easy to follow. The company seems to be serious and document requested are a little pain but seems be good security request. The chat support is great.

Honestly, the whole experience is fine but take very long to prove your identity and in case of non-US countries you need to have your data published somewhere and it might slow down the process for even a month.

Both the support personnel were very friendly and quick to respond me back, namely Martin & Sylvia. But the SSL Certificate validation process is quite bad. I know it's for the safety of the customers but is a little too much to handle.

- Craig from validation helped very fast and successfully. - The Client Area seams to have a bug (The value of the 'domainName' argument is invalid) where you can change your DCV emailadress. - There is no clear path for long time customers to change to new Client Area. Cheers Manuel

Overall I give the process of securing the SSL cert from SSLSHopper a "B+". While a little confusing at first there was plenty of documentation to aid in help. Additionlly when I needed extra help I contacted Marc at technical services via the chat and he was able to immediately answer my questions and solve my problem.
