Product: Several different products

I had an issue that took a good while to resolve, however, the tech-help, stayed with me for as long as it took, until we figured out the issue and got it corrected. Also, there was NOT a long way to talk to the tech-person when I called. I only had to make ONE call for the issue to be resolved. Very pleased. Thanks, folks!
