I can't say enough positive things about my overall experience with Digi-Cert. It starts with the website, then ends with the wonderful feeling of absolute satisfaction, and complete care I received from Chris, one of their Superstar Support Engineers. I had questions, and the website had answers. Easy to follow instructions, guidelines, tutorials, tools, and everywhere the offer to talk live, chat live or email with their support team! I chose the Live Chat, and had the best support experience I've ever received in my 10+ years in IT. Chris was absolutely the best. He was patient, informative, helpful, courteous, professional, I can't say enough on how far that experience goes. Chris went out of his way to make absolutely sure he had answered every question I had, and took the time to show me how to use their tools, and verify exactly what I needed. I just can't believe the outstanding, superior service I received. I will recommend Digi-Cert to everyone, and they have earned my #1 choice in Certificate Authority. I would like to state that after looking at 2 other companies, I got tired of the sales pitch and after a quick look up on reviews I decided to try Digicert. I am happy I did. Quick and professional service, I will always come back! Thanks Digicert!

Obtaining or renewing an SSL certificate is not something I do often, so I instigated a live chat session with Digicert and within 60 minutes I had a Unified SSL Certificate working! Most importantly my consultant Ken stayed online during the entire process and talked me through each step, from generating the request, to importing the certificate. I can't speak more highly about the levels of support and knowledge provided by Digicert. Thank you.

I had to renew a wildcard SSL certificate which had previously come from Digicert. But my client no longer wanted to use the people that had handled renewals in the past (long story). I started the renewal process from the clients web server and opened up a new account with Digicert to process it. I was concerned that there might be a problem because the certificate was already registered with Digicert under a different client. But that was not as bad as me spelling the client city name wrong in the request! I found there was a live chat option and decided to use it. I was connected to someone named Sam (don't know if that is a man or woman, wish I'd asked though!) who was brilliantly helpful. They changed the misspelling I had made in my application and pretty much took me through all the steps needed and make various changes to the certificate billing details etc. so that I am the contact in the future. These people are fantastic and enormously helpful. I even got a free t-shire for being a "great customer" That's the only bit I am not sure about. I thought I was being a bit daft asking lots of stupid questions. Use them, you will not be disappoin ted.

By far the best Certificate Authority I have dealt with and I have run the gamut from GeoTrust to Verisign! Nuff said!

Easy to use website, easy to follow instructions, Their Root CA is not only installed on all browsers and modern mobile devices (like for other SSL suppliers) but also on older mobile phones. Very fast delivery despite that there are real persons checking you and verifying your company and authorization for the requested certificate.

I looked at other companies that offered SSL certificates and was greeted by voicemails. Digicert answered with a live person who did not have a thick accent that would be hard to understand. The entire process took less than an hour. Any delays were not due to Digicert. I would definitely recommend Digicert to anyone looking for a certificate that is totally trouble free. The install and test went without a hitch. Price was also very attractive.

We were blind loyalists of Network solutions for over six years and decided for $400.00 per year there must be a better outfit. Digicert was easier than falling off a log to move to a new issuer. Two years later and we’re still a customer.

I chose a Digicert Wildcard Certificate since it was the best value for money for the services I needed SSL for. Installation was easy and online support and guides were great. Today I had an unrelated issue with MS ISA 2006 and Exchagne 2007, when I had that fixed and rebooted the VMs, ISA had somehow broken all our SSL connections. I emailed DigiCert and within 30 mins I had a support engineer who stayed on the line with me for about an hour until we had chased down all the obvious, then the less than obvious and finally the obscure to find and fix the fault. I was impressed with the effort they went to, to make sure my system came back up. Highyl recommended!

After reading reviews on this site I ordered an EV SSL from Digicert. It was issued almost immediately. Before I placed the order I called and spoke with someone at Digicert who was attentive and helpful. And since then I've had several issues with my web hosting service that have caused me to need to speak with Digicert. Recently I've talked with Larry, Taylor and Chris and all three of them have been amazing. They listen, they offer helpful explanations and they immediately take the steps necessary to help resolve the issues at hand. They are incredible. If only every company delivered customer service like Digicert does, what a wonderful world it would be!!
