I don't understand the negative reviews I'm seeing here. Maybe the customer service is spotty, but in my experience, it was incredible. I'd never had to buy a signing certificate or sign an application and they walked me through the whole process. I seriously screwed up so many things and they continued to patiently assist me. The customer service rep was helping me with computer problems well beyond the scope of the code signing. Never, ever, have I had better customer service. Even the time GrubHub gave me free food because my order was late. Bravo, Thawte.
