After migrating to the new host I had to do the IT part myself of the website, our SSL Certificate was almost expired then I have contacted Thawte Support over the chat interface and they guided me all the way providing clear steps and suggesting the best route of action, while I was chatting with them the Tech guy transferred me to the Sales department, they quickly processes my order and transferred me back to the Tech guy and he helped me installing the certificate, its allot of work to do the SSL certificates, it looked impossible on my own, I had no prior experience but with their help I installed the new SSL Certificate flawlessly! Many Thanx Thawte!

Buying certs from Thawte is painful. The UI on the website is complete soup. Its always takes longer than from any other provider.

I've been using Thawte for years. Their service is excellent, pricing is great, and their turn around on requests are quick. When I had to replace a compromised certificate, it only took a few hours to get a replacement at no charge.

I'am using since years the thawte code signing certificate. The handling from thawte is very good. The last renewing of the certificat was much more easy then ever before. Instead of delivering some official papers every year again, now a telephone verification was enough.

1 Month before expiration, thawte sent us an info mail, but we forgot to renew it immediately. Our SSL123 Cert expired and no one recognized until our customers complained. We've renewed it then within minutes and got it within 12 hours.
