I had some issues collecting the code certificate, but the support was great in helping me figuring out what went wrong. In fact there is a confusion on your website, when requesting the certificate I was asked to install a specific version of FF, but when collecting the message is saying that you can use only IE on Windows and FF on mac with no mention on using older version of FF on windows as required by request phase. Thanks to the great support, I was pointed in the right direction. Please update your text to avoid this confusion. Alex.
