Using clearpass application, we encountered an error message "Certificate file is not valid, either the certificate signature is tampered or file is corrupted". The previous format was x509, then the newly issued cert is a Pem format. With the help of Zubair Mohammed, who gladly accepted our unscheduled conference call, he assisted us on the file format and certificate arrangement to resolve the issue. We also appreciate the files and links that he provided us that made a major contribution in resolving the problem. Order number: 321307242
