I was assisted by two people . . .first was Bryan Tremblay and next was Logan from your Tech Support. Bryan helped me with my frustration with not being able to log in and explained to me there were two different login databases, which I think pretty much sucks. Just more for me to keep track of. But he helped me out. Then I was having issues with setting up the CNAME -- I think it might be nice to have some help info available for that. Logan helped me get that going. Overall it works but I think you could do some things to make it easier and more user-friendly.
